Description

Job Summary: Responsible for verifying purchase invoices, recording materials, managing and organizing inventory, assisting with returns and product picking, and operating material handling equipment. Assistance in organizing and cleaning the workplace * TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Verify purchase invoices against received goods (volumes/quantities) upon receipt. * Record material requisitions and returns in the inventory module (ERP/Prosyst) related to Production Orders. * Responsible for controlling/organizing stored items in the warehouse. * Assist in the purchase return process. * Pick products according to sales orders. * When necessary, receive and store finished and semi-finished products produced by the company in the shipping area. * Perform assembly and disassembly of finished products. * Assist in the annual physical inventory count (factory and shipping area). * Assist in cleaning/organizing the shipping and factory areas. * Operate electric pallet jack, overhead crane, and forklift. Provide guidance to auxiliary staff. REQUIREMENTS · Experience: minimum 2 years; · Completed high school education, or technical/specialized or higher education in Logistics.
