Job Summary: The Partner Group is seeking an organized and attentive Inventory Assistant to support and control automotive parts inventory activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. We also offer specialized maintenance services for transmissions, differentials, hydraulic steering, clutches, and air systems. **About the Position:** We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join us as an Inventory Assistant. The employee will support and control automotive parts inventory activities, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, physical organization, and prompt response to internal and external demands. **What Your Day Will Look Like:** * Receive, inspect, and register automotive parts in the system. * Monitor and organize storage, ensuring proper item preservation. * Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to requests. * Support and guide the Inventory Analyst in daily tasks. * Conduct periodic inventories and support discrepancy analysis. * Track inventory receipts and shipments, updating information in the inventory management system. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in inventory management, preferably in the auto parts sector. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with heavy-duty vehicle parts. * Knowledge of inventory practices and accuracy control. **What We Offer You:** * Fixed monthly salary of R$2.600,00 * Meal allowance of R$23.10/day via CAJU card * Transportation allowance * Clinipam Health Plan (optional enrollment) * Amil Dental Plan (optional enrollment) * Nissei Pharmacy Benefit Program * Salary advance (40% of salary on the 20th of each month) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute break. * Work location: Joinville/SC Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Dental Plan * Health Plan
