Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring and tracking trips; * Handling claims related to Losses, Damages, and Incidents; * Answering calls from customers, partners, and suppliers to provide clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operating internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL) * Requirements and Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications: * High school diploma completed; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Strong drive to make things happen, high energy, innovative spirit, and proactive attitude! * No experience in the field is required.
