Job Summary: Pikolin Mattresses is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Assistant to provide technical support, assisting with data control, technical specifications, and production/development processes. Integration into a dedicated and supportive team. **Pikolin Mattresses** is looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Assistant** to join our team in Guaramirim. This position is essential for providing technical support to our operations, responsible for assisting with data control, organizing technical specifications, and directly supporting production and development processes. This is a **full-time position requiring on-site presence**. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring and developing product projects, layouts, and production flows under management guidance; * Register materials (raw materials and office supplies), finished products, and semi-finished products in the ERP system; * Support material consumption calculations and bill of materials (BOM) assembly in the system for costing purposes; * Prepare and update detailed technical specifications (including photos and measurements), and organize schematic drawings and label registrations; * Assist in registering production routings, operations, and machine groups, supporting process time collection; * Support product audits on the production line to verify compliance with Technical Specifications (TS) and ensure adherence to regulations and technical requirements for mattresses. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Proficiency in **Excel**; * **Preferred:** Experience in the mattress or upholstered furniture industry.
