Monitoring of individual and collective targets. Supervision of customer service channels (WhatsApp, website, and social media). Tracking of billing, invoice issuance, order logistics, and physical inventory. Liaison with freight carriers and service providers (marketing, IT, freelancers). Resolution of strategic demands and process improvement. Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operations Manager, Team Leader, or Logistics Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
