Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, systems, and processes to ensure product compliance and excellence, promoting continuous improvement and a quality-driven culture. Develop quality control policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements. 2\. Implement and maintain an effective quality management system, including documentation of processes, procedures, and quality records. 3\. Monitor and evaluate production processes and operations to ensure consistency and compliance with technical specifications and established quality standards. 4\. Conduct regular inspections and tests on finished and in-process products, identifying and correcting non-conformities to ensure product quality and reliability. 5\. Collect and analyze quality data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and prepare reports for senior management. 6\. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related matters, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 7\. Investigate and resolve quality non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. 8\. Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements and industry standards. 9\. Compile, stratify, and disseminate quality indicators. 10\. Conduct customer visits as required. 12\. Monitor and/or participate in supplier qualification processes to effectively achieve departmental goals. 13\. Monitor area performance indicators and, if necessary, implement actions to achieve targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, or related fields) or in Quality Management Technology. Specialization in the field of practice (Postgraduate degree or MBA). Required knowledge: Quality management systems (ISO 9001 and other applicable standards). Knowledge of applicable sector standards and regulations, such as ABNT NBR, ISO, among others. Metrology and inspection techniques. Familiarity with quality control techniques and tools, such as PDCA, FMEA, 5S, among others.
