This position is ideal for attentive, responsible individuals with strong concentration skills who can manage multiple tasks and make quick decisions. The professional will be responsible for monitoring security systems, providing services, and ensuring proper incident handling according to operational protocols. This is an **on-site** position under a **12x36 shift schedule**, with possible day or night shifts. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor access control systems, alarm systems, CCTV, electric fences, and intrusion sensors. * Provide remote gatehouse services. * Identify, register, and handle incidents in the monitoring system. * Verify alarm authenticity, distinguishing between real events and false alarms. * Dispatch tactical response teams or contact public agencies (Police, Fire Department, SAMU), as required and per protocol. * Record all information in the system clearly and comprehensively. * Ensure confidentiality of information and maintain ethical conduct while performing duties. **Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as an operator in monitoring centers. * Knowledge of electronic security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV). * Basic computer literacy. * Proficient typing skills and ease in entering information into systems. **Job Conditions** * Work schedule: 12x36 shift pattern. * Availability for day or night shifts, as operationally required.
