Assist in analyzing performance indicators and management reports, ensuring compliance and adherence to established deadlines. * Process billing for health insurance plans and private patients under direct supervision, ensuring accurate data verification prior to submission. * Manage and organize physical and electronic claims, verifying authorizations, stamps, signatures, and mandatory documents. * Enter patient, claim, and value information into the billing system, ensuring data consistency. * Monitor health insurance plan responses and record simple claim denial pending items. * Support monthly billing closing and submission of production reports. * Communicate with health insurance plans to clarify questions or correct inconsistencies. * Support reconciliation between billing and finance departments, ensuring information alignment. * Conduct basic claim audits and verify compliance with the company's defined posting standards. * Adhere to compliance policies, LGPD regulations, and ANS guidelines. * Maintain updated tracking of billing deadlines and batches.
