




Job Summary: A purchasing or procurement professional responsible for obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and managing supplier registration to support the acquisition of various materials. Basic negotiation with suppliers and supplier registration management * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields is preferred). * Prior experience in purchasing or procurement. * Knowledge of administrative processes and purchasing routines. * Basic knowledge of supplier negotiation. * Proficiency in Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. * Obtain price quotations from approved and new suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Conduct basic negotiations on pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Manage and update supplier registration records. * Support procurement of laboratory technical materials, instruments, standards, spare parts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and administrative supplies.
