This is an opportunity for those who want to learn real-world development, work directly with code, and practically improve performance. We seek a curious, technically inclined individual who enjoys understanding how things work behind the screen, wishes to grow as a developer, learn best coding practices, and advance within the field. You will collaborate with the technical team on real front-end optimizations, technical SEO, and performance enhancements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support improvements in Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) * Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on real website pages * Support loading optimizations (lazy loading, images, fonts, scripts) * Assist in organizing semantic structure (heading tags, meta tags, canonical, sitemap, etc.) * Support technical analysis using Lighthouse and PageSpeed * Develop landing pages from scratch, handling structure, responsiveness, and performance optimization **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an educational institution in programs such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Basic understanding of Git * Eagerness to learn about web performance and technical SEO **You’ll Stand Out If:** * You have already developed personal projects (GitHub matters greatly) * You have basic knowledge of React or Next.js * You have experience with Strapi / WordPress. * You are interested in metrics such as Core Web Vitals **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: R$1\.200,00; * Alelo meal or food allowance: R$ 950,00; * Annual bonus; * Internal and external training programs; * 100% free courses produced by Softexpert; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Referral program (up to R$1,000 paid via VA/VR!); * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass We are a market reference as a company offering **software solutions for integrated management**, with over 40 components dedicated to business administration and enterprise management.
