Join Marisol and help us build a better future together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute onboarding, offboarding, and contractual movement processes. * Perform payroll closing and verification, including social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), vacation pay, and the 13th salary. * Manage and submit information to eSocial, ensuring deadlines are met and data integrity is maintained. * Calculate and verify contract terminations, severance payments, and conduct homologations where applicable. * Manage electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and working hours. * Support employees by addressing questions related to payroll and labor legislation. * Assist with internal and external audits, as well as labor inspections. * Analyze labor lawsuits, gather relevant information, and provide legal department support. * Carry out compensation-related activities, contributing to salary analyses and internal personnel movements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in HR Payroll operations. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines. * Experience with eSocial and ancillary obligations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with the Senior system is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Outpatient Medical Care Health and Dental Insurance Private Pension Plan On-site Restaurant with Free Wi-Fi Transportation Allowance Knowledge Space Free Parking Free Birthday Lunch at Ser Marisol Employee Sales Counter Flexible Working Hours Partnership Agreements with Establishments (schools, restaurants, beauty centers, pharmacies, medical exams) **Marisol believes in the importance of social integration and values inclusion; therefore, all our positions are open to people with disabilities.** We are a constantly evolving Brazilian brand.
