Technical partner for Marketing and Sales, translating business requirements into solutions. **Job Objective** The Senior Data Analyst with focus on Marketing and Sales is the professional responsible for structuring, integrating, processing, and delivering strategic data related to customers, leads, campaigns, sales, and channels—ensuring departments have reliable, up-to-date, and accessible information to support business decisions. Acts as a technical reference in data, connecting various systems and sources, ensuring data quality, governance, and automation, while supporting the advancement of departmental data maturity. **Responsibilities:** * Collect and integrate data from CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, digital media, and sales systems. * Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT). * Automate data flows and reduce manual processes. * Ensure consistency, standardization, and integrity of commercial and marketing data. * Resolve duplications, discrepancies, and system failures. * Define data quality rules, naming conventions, and documentation standards. * Model data for sales funnels, lead generation, campaigns, channels, and customer portfolios. * Create tables, views, and intermediate layers for BI and reporting consumption. * Ensure end-to-end data traceability from source to final consumption. * Act as a technical partner for Marketing and Sales, understanding their processes and data needs. * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Support BI, performance, growth, and sales teams with reliable data assets. * Program routines in SQL, Python, or equivalent tools. * Ensure data performance, availability, and scalability. * Ensure compliance with LGPD and best practices in information security. * Ensure dashboard compliance and organization within the CRM platform. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Direct experience in Marketing and/or Sales. * Prior experience in automation, integration, and structuring of databases. * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) and SQL. * Experience managing marketing and CRM KPIs (RD Station, Reportei, Monday). * Ability to translate complex data into strategic, high-impact recommendations. **Benefits** * On-site cafeteria * Unimed health insurance* * Uniodonto dental insurance* * Wellhub* * Bonus* * Chartered transportation from Barra Velha to Araquari with fixed stops * Life insurance * Benefits effective after completion of the probationary period. **Working Hours** On-site, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12m break. **Employment Type** CLT **Application Deadline:** 02/18/2026
