Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Analyst to perform product testing, monitor non-conformities, and drive continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct analyses and propose continuous process improvements We are seeking a **Quality Analyst** to perform product testing in collaboration with engineering and production departments, as well as manage KPIs related to this area. Relevant experience in the role, a completed bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Excel are required. **Your mission within the group will be:** * Monitor product assembly and testing together with support and production departments; * Handle non-conformities based on the 8D methodology; * Execute and track action plans (follow-up); * Tabulate data and keep quality indicators consistently updated; * Ensure area organization following 5S principles; * Participate in daily department meetings, reporting critical issues; * Conduct analyses and propose continuous process improvements; **Requirements for this position:** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Experience managing action plans and indicator control; * Excel; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you reside in Joinville? * What is your salary expectation?
