




Job Summary: A Tax Assistant supports the company's tax routines by performing entries, tax calculations, and organizing tax documents in compliance with applicable legislation. Responsible for supporting the company's tax routines, the **Tax Assistant** handles document entries, tax calculations, file organization, and fulfillment of ancillary obligations, always aligned with current legislation and supported by the technical team. * Assist in entering and verifying incoming, outgoing, and service invoices; * Assist under supervision in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS); * Collaborate in preparing and organizing ancillary declarations (e.g., SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, among others); * Assist in organizing and maintaining tax documents and digital files; * Conduct basic research of current tax legislation to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions; * Provide support in customer service, relaying information and documents as directed by leadership; * Monitor deadlines and assist in controlling tax filing submissions; * Support fiscal import routines and control related entries;
