We aim to grow as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **Success Criteria for This Role:** Ensure detailed specification of product and feature characteristics, guaranteeing that requirements align with the product vision, customer value delivery, and business objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Elicit and document requirements, ensuring initial understanding of customer and business needs. * Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and consistently, ensuring shared understanding between business and technology teams. * Write user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, detailing business rules and requirements necessary for development. * Validate requirements with stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment among needs, feasibility, and delivery. * Support the development team during implementation by clarifying doubts and refining specifications as needed. * Support functional acceptance testing and delivery validation, ensuring adherence to the specified scope. * Maintain up-to-date and consistent functional documentation aligned with the system’s current behavior. * Apply critical thinking to assess requests, anticipating risks, inconsistencies, and impacts before development begins. **How You’ll Do It:** * Take ownership of deliverables under your responsibility, striving for clarity and consistency in the specifications you produce. * Organize information logically and structurally, ensuring clear, traceable, and easily understandable records. * Collaborate proactively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to foster alignment and shared understanding of requirements. * Demonstrate analytical thinking to understand business rules, workflows, and impacts related to requirements. * Operate autonomously in conducting analyses and detailing functional specifications, making decisions appropriate to your level of authority. * Maintain a critical mindset regarding requirements and requests, identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and risks prior to execution. * Manage multiple requests efficiently, with organization, discipline, and predictability, balancing quality and deadlines in deliverables. **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields in systems analysis is preferred. * At least one year of experience in the field. * Experience eliciting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements. * Experience preparing functional documentation and software specifications. * Knowledge of databases and SQL. * Knowledge of programming logic. * Knowledge of APIs and system integrations. * Knowledge of data modeling and information structuring in systems. * Knowledge of manual software testing.
