Proactivity and discretion are highly valued We are looking for detail-oriented and organized professionals to maintain and preserve indoor and outdoor areas, following hygiene standards and execution schedules. **Main Responsibilities** * Cleaning furniture (tables, cabinets, filing cabinets) and electrical appliances with a damp cloth; * Comprehensive sanitization of restrooms, pantries, and wet areas; * Floor maintenance: sweeping, mopping, and polishing; * Waste and general garbage collection, with emphasis on **selective waste collection and separation of recyclables**; * Restocking hygiene supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper); * Maintenance of dining areas before and after meals; * Assistance in replacing mineral water jugs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Minimum age of 18 years**; * **Experience:** Prior experience in corporate or building cleaning is preferred. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with cleaning products and operation of floor polishers/vacuum cleaners. * **Profile:** Proactivity, discretion, and ability to follow work schedules. **What We Offer** * Salary: R$ 1.727,27 * Meal Allowance: R$ 900.00 * Transportation Allowance: R$ 4.65 **How to Apply** If this profile matches yours, please send your updated resume to: * Email: rh@lgadministradora.com; * WhatsApp: (44) 9 9944-6996.
