Job Summary: A support professional responsible for the development, implementation, and management of projects and courses, with a focus on analyzing and adapting work plans and budgets. Manage project registration and documentation in the Protheus system The Foundation seeks a Project Assistant in Curitiba (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist and guide coordinators/researchers in the development, submission, negotiation, and implementation of projects and courses. Analyze, adapt, and advise on adjustments to work plans and budgets. Conduct preliminary reviews of draft legal instruments for subsequent validation by the Legal Department. Register, update, and implement projects in the Protheus system. Register, maintain, and control the Foundation’s legal and tax qualification documents. Provide assistance and guidance to project and course coordinators. Request opening of current accounts for projects. Previous experience as a Project Assistant, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Planning Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
