Technical support to geology teams **JOB MISSION:** Supervise and monitor geological drilling activities to ensure drilling quality, core sample integrity, and compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Field supervision of geological drilling activities, ensuring compliance with established technical standards Monitoring of drilling execution according to the drilling plan Verification of core recovery, sampling, and handling Review of drilling reports, including depth, deviations, and operational parameters Control of identification, transportation, and storage of core boxes Support for activities at the core storage facility Monitoring of compliance with mining-related safety and environmental regulations Documentation and reporting of non-conformities and operational incidents Technical support to field and core storage facility geology teams **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree in Geology or Mining Experience in geological drilling activities Knowledge of core control and description Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to mining Willingness to work on-site in the Jequié/BA region **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** Attention to detail Organization and discipline Sense of responsibility and commitment Teamwork Proactivity Good communication skills Analytical and problem-solving ability.
