Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for user support, problem resolution, incident management, and technical support for software and hardware, aiming to ensure user satisfaction. Updates, maintenance, and documentation for efficient support **Ticket Handling:** Receive, log, and track user tickets, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the entire process. **Problem Resolution:** Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users via phone, e\-mail, chat, or other communication channels. **Incident Management:** Prioritize and address incidents according to their severity and business impact, following established procedures and policies. **Software and Hardware Support:** Assist users with installation, configuration, and usage of software and hardware, providing appropriate guidance and solutions. **Updates and Maintenance:** Perform software updates, preventive maintenance, and monitor technological trends to ensure systems and equipment remain up-to-date and fully operational. **Documentation and Knowledge Base:** Maintain updated documentation—including procedures, troubleshooting solutions, and best practices—to facilitate technical support and knowledge sharing. **User Satisfaction:** Continuously strive to improve service quality, ensuring user satisfaction and fostering an efficient and friendly support environment. Requirements **Minimum Education:** Technical High School Diploma in Information Technology or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** Desirable 1 year of experience in the field. **Minimum Knowledge:** Microcomputer maintenance and assembly; Office 365; LibreOffice; Operating Systems; Remote access tools.
