MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supporting the configuration of workstations with computers and required peripheral devices; verifying computer hardware (HDDs, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality; configuring network cabling; installing and configuring software; providing user support with consistent focus on service quality and meeting related performance indicators; and performing other duties appropriate to specifications. * Respond to user requests within the agreed service timeframe; * Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies; * Mitigate any user downtime caused by IT resource issues; * Provide remote or on-site first- or second-level support to ICT users based on requests received via telephone, email, or IT Service Management System, respecting agreed service levels; * Operate vehicles for external IT support when necessary; * Inform, suggest, and guide users regarding features and functionalities available in basic software, applications, information systems, equipment, and ICT services; * Receive, register, classify, prioritize, analyze, and resolve user requests (incidents, service requests, etc.), aided by Knowledge Base queries, service history, and incident records; * Clarify user doubts and provide guidance on usage, availability, installation, and configuration of software, applications, information systems, equipment, standards, and procedures related to the technological environment; * Provide hardware support for component replacement and repair to ensure optimal operation; * Perform network point activation and relocation to restore connectivity; * Execute projects according to client demand, e.g., operating system upgrades, equipment inventory, antivirus updates, etc.; * Contact internal ICT teams for guidance, diagnosis, or resolution support when needed; * Contact other internal teams or third-party service providers, if necessary, where their involvement relates to the incident, problem, or request being handled; * Create simple scripts to automate routine tasks; * Conduct training sessions for other teams to enhance technical knowledge; * Perform related duties as directed by management. ### **Requirements** Technical degree in Information Technology or currently pursuing a higher education degree in the IT field. Desired experience: 1 year in microcomputer support activities. Knowledge of microcomputer maintenance and assembly, TCP/IP protocol, computer networks, text editors and electronic spreadsheets, and intermediate-level Linux networking knowledge.
