Through our innovative portfolio of high-performance products and services, we have built the largest and most active global ecosystem of approximately 10,000 companies, including over 1,800 networks and more than 2,900 IT and cloud service providers across more than 26 countries on five continents. **What you’ll do:** * Support tracking of customer security requests, coordinating troubleshooting and minor repairs of auxiliary equipment and machinery, * Respond to moderately difficult on-site security incidents and events, * Assist in preparing reports and root cause analyses, and ensure compliance with security processes and procedures. * Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance, assisting with moderate security installations and uninstallations. * Respond to and resolve moderate local security issues, including condition reporting for Access Control Systems (ACS) and Video Management Systems (VMS). * Coordinate asset inventory for security IP address management, including tracking and allocation of IP addresses for security equipment. **What you’ll need:** * Knowledge of security systems, including access control and video management systems. * Knowledge of server access and corrective analysis. * Technical training in Cameras, CCTV, and Access Control. * Basic networking knowledge. * Availability to work onsite in Barueri. **What would be a plus:** * English proficiency. **Why Equinix?** The opportunity to be part of the global digital transformation at a company voted by its own employees as the Best Place to Work by Glassdoor and consistently recognized as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) for multiple consecutive years.
