Approaches customers in a polite and courteous manner, prioritizing their well-being within the service environment. Interacts with customers to build negotiation strategies, aiming to understand them and identify their needs. Seeks to offer products and services aligned with each customer’s reality, providing as much information as possible to minimize discomfort regarding the purchase. Uses digital platforms to collect the customer’s history in telephony and to record information consistent with the agreed-upon request. Leads the negotiation closure, highlighting what the consumer has acquired to fulfill their initial need. Follows up and advises the customer after the sale to foster loyalty. Fully participates in training programs focused on the area to enhance knowledge and skills, delivering satisfactory performance in results.
