This professional will focus on executing operational routines, ensuring our products are correctly listed, customer service is prompt, and orders flow properly—contributing to brand growth and maintaining our brand reputation on these platforms. Main Responsibilities and Duties * **Catalog Listing and Maintenance:** List new products on platforms, ensuring information quality (titles, descriptions, images, technical specifications, EAN). Perform maintenance and update pricing, inventory, and commercial terms for the existing portfolio. * **Order Management:** Monitor the order flow (from receipt to dispatch), ensuring correct integration between platforms and the ERP system. Assist in managing logistics incidents and deliveries, if necessary. * **Customer Service (SAC 2\.0\):** Respond promptly to customer inquiries via platform chats and \"Questions\" fields (pre\-sales). Provide post\-sales support, handling complaints, exchange or return requests—with the goal of delivering the best solution for the customer while preserving account reputation. * **Support and Analysis:** Assist in daily monitoring of account performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, reputation, response rate, and dispatch time. Support the execution of promotional campaigns and marketing activities within the channels. Monitor competitor pricing and activities.
