Manage the Unit's Commercial, Administrative, and Operational areas, being accountable for achieved results and team management. Collaborate with the department's executive leadership to establish goals for achieving projected regional results. Monitor the Unit's financial performance and propose alternative business strategies to enhance projected results. Develop partnerships with clients and suppliers through ethical and professional relationships, translating into service excellence and full client satisfaction, thereby strengthening the Company's leadership position within its segment. Ensure the Unit operates in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and standards; Required Competencies Results-oriented, teamwork, customer focus, assertive communication, operational excellence, continuous improvement focus, logical reasoning. Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Preferred: 4 years of experience leading teams and performing duties related to this opportunity, preferably in logistics, construction, and equipment rental sectors.
