Job Summary: Responsible for fabric spreading, marking, cutting, and quality verification, ensuring material organization and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Operating cutting machines and handling fabrics 2. Quality inspection and organization of cut pieces 3. Attention to detail and precision in the cutting process **Main Responsibilities:** * **Spreading:** Preparing and stacking layers of fabric on the cutting table. * **Marking and Nesting:** Positioning patterns onto the fabric (manually or via digital system) to optimize material usage. * **Cutting:** Operating cutting machines (rotary blade, vertical knife) or manual scissors. * **Quality Verification:** Checking measurements, grain direction, and print alignment of fabrics. * **Organization:** Sorting and organizing cut pieces by color and size, forwarding them to sewing. **Skills and Requirements:** * Technical knowledge of fabric types and their behaviors. * Proficiency in operating cutting machines. * Attention to detail and precision. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards (PPE).
