An atelier committed to high-quality standards, thus we seek a dedicated professional who pays close attention to detail in every garment. **Responsibilities:** Operate straight-stitch sewing machines. Follow company-established quality standards to ensure product finishing and proper functionality. Replace needles, threads, and other machine components as needed. Adjust and resolve sewing issues, such as fabric defects or stitch irregularities. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production. **Requirements:** Minimum of 1 year of experience; Proficiency in operating straight-stitch machines; Ability to install zippers; Ability to apply bias binding; **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary negotiable; Transportation allowance + Dental plan + Group life insurance.
