Job Summary: Seeking a Civil Engineering Assistant to work in the Quality area, ensuring measurement approvals and developing action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of execution procedures A well-established construction company, operating nationwide on commercial projects, is seeking a **CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSISTANT** to work in the **QUALITY** area in **Campo Mourão/PR** \#1063 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure measurement approvals according to established quality criteria; * Develop corrective/preventive action plans for identified non-conformities; * Conduct technical training and verification of services to be executed; * Formalize, collect, and analyze field test documentation and results; * Share monthly quality indicators obtained from construction sites; * Assist in creating, reviewing, and continuously improving execution procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects; * Knowledge of technical standards, quality control, and best practices in civil construction; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation; * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong communication skills. * Prior experience in quality assurance on civil construction projects will be considered an advantage. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with quality control tools such as checklists, technical reports, and performance indicators. **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon **Employment Type:** PJ (**ME or LTDA**) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: *Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree
