We are looking for a functional Salesforce Intern at Bari Tecnologia to support the team in maintaining and evolving solutions within the Salesforce platform. **What you will learn and do daily:** * Direct contact with business and technology teams; * Support in organizing team requests; * Monitoring workflow using Kanbanize; * Using a visual management platform based on the Kanban methodology, similar to Jira, Trello, and Azure DevOps; * Supporting requirements gathering; * Creating and organizing functional documentation; * Tracking user stories; * Assisting in validating functionalities within Salesforce; * Opportunity to start a career in CRM, business processes, and technology; * Practical learning about the operation of a real development and digital product maintenance pipeline. Requirements: **What we seek in you:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Interest in developing expertise in CRM, business processes, and technology; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in or basic knowledge of Salesforce; * Familiarity with demand and project management tools such as Kanbanize, Jira, or Trello; * Basic understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
