Job Summary: Junior/Trainee professional for accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and accounting reconciliation tasks, providing support to organizational units. Key Highlights: 1. Cuiabá, MT The company accepts applications from candidates located in any city across Brazil Junior/ Trainee To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** Accounts payable and receivable routines. Monitoring the daily cash flow schedule related to accounts payable and receivable arising from grain and other transactions, ensuring timely settlement of financial obligations. Executing daily payment releases to producers for grain purchase transactions and input sales, ensuring compliance with postings scheduled by Amaggi units. Prestering support to organizational units by analyzing and responding to system adjustment requests related to grain trading operations, such as: physical/fiscal reconciliation; validating contractual amendment adjustments; tax, royalty, or other discount adjustments. Providing support to branches regarding receipt of funds into accounts and amortization of outstanding sales. Accounting compensation and reconciliation. Monitoring outstanding balances and notifying pending items. Supporting internal and external audits. Actively participating in and contributing to the implementation of Amaggi’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as SSO, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, Asset Security, among others. **Required Qualifications:** **Minimum requirement:** Currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Prior experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting reconciliation routines is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
