Coordination with operational team **Location**: Várzea Grande Airport – Cuiabá/MT **Company**: BRT Lounges BRT Lounges is looking for a **Bilingual Receptionist** to join our VIP Lounge at **Várzea Grande Airport**, **Cuiabá**. We seek a communicative, courteous, and organized individual who enjoys providing public service in an elegant and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Greet VIP Lounge passengers and customers * Perform access check-in according to each program’s and airline’s rules * Provide information about lounge and airport services * In-person, telephone, and email support * Assist in reception organization and customer flow management * Coordinate with the lounge’s operational team * Provide service in Portuguese and English **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) * Intermediate or advanced English — **Mandatory** * Experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, tourism, or aviation is a plus * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and courtesy * Availability to work on a 6-day-on/1-day-off rotating schedule **Working Hours:** **Schedule**: 12-hour shifts every 36 hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.159,67 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal allowance or food voucher * Dental plan * Life insurance **Employment Type: Full-time CLT** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.159,00 per month Work Location: On-site
