Procurement Analyst

Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for negotiating and managing the acquisition of various items, as well as supporting supervisors in departmental activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in import processes and training ***Requirements*** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics Management, or related fields; * Experience in procurement/supply chain; * Basic knowledge of Fiscal and Tax Legislation; * Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems for materials management; * Advanced Excel skills; * Basic knowledge of import procedures; * Driver's License Category B preferred; ***Responsibilities*** * Negotiate purchases of machinery, equipment, consumables, inventory items, PPE, uniforms, tools, construction materials, spare parts, vehicles, and other items required by the company; * Obtain price quotations; * Negotiate delivery terms, prices, and quality with suppliers; * Seek optimal commercial conditions; * Perform follow-up on executed purchases; * Control delivery protocols for purchase orders to the Warehouse and Accounting departments; * Support the Supply Manager in import processes; * Distribute purchase requests to procurement staff; * Monitor and register new suppliers; * Conduct supplier qualification; * Maintain relationships with current suppliers; * Evaluate offered products, requesting samples when necessary; * Register products and suppliers; * Support immediate supervisors in training and other departmental activities. ***Details*** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Working hours: 44 hours per week; Work schedule: * *Monday to Thursday:* 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM; * *Friday:* 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education:* Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Accounting, Bachelor's Degree * High School (Secondary Education) * Economics, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B * Meal Allowance: BRL 300.00 * Food Voucher: BRL 486.00 * Transportation Voucher: BRL 9.90 per day (on card)
