




Job Summary: Assist teachers in planning and implementing pedagogical activities, monitoring students and actively participating in the school environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the pedagogical team and communication with parents. * Assist teachers in preparing and delivering pedagogical activities, supporting lesson planning and helping organize teaching materials. * Participate in delivering educational activities, such as pedagogical games, reading sessions, playful and recreational activities. * Monitor students in the classroom, guiding\-them during activities, clarifying doubts, and assisting with task completion. * Observe student behavior, identifying their needs and difficulties, and reporting relevant information to the responsible teacher or pedagogical coordination. * Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as field trips, workshops, and school events. * Support the development and organization of pedagogical projects, including cultural events, presentations, and exhibitions. * Assist in welcoming and integrating new students or those facing adaptation challenges. * Organize the classroom environment, ensuring teaching materials and resources are available and in good working condition. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and other planning activities with the teaching staff, providing insights and suggestions for the educational process. * Assist in preparing reports on student performance and progress, recording observations and communicating them to the teacher or pedagogical coordination. * Collaborate in communicating with parents and guardians, providing information about activities conducted and student development.
