Respond to emergency situations and provide guidance on safety regulations **Description:** The employee will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people and property, controlling the entry and exit of customers and staff, observing suspicious behavior, and preventing theft, robbery, or other risky situations; additionally, the employee will: * Ensure the safety of people and property; * Control the entry and exit of customers, staff, and contractors; * Observe and identify suspicious behavior; * Prevent theft, robbery, and other risky situations; * Monitor internal movement within the branch; * Act in accordance with emergency protocols; * Guide customers on safety regulations. **Required Qualifications:** * Availability to work in Luz; * Completed high school education; * Security guard training course; * Valid refresher training; * Prior experience in this field is a plus. **This position is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and non-PwD.**
