Job Summary: An occupational health and safety professional responsible for developing and implementing policies, conducting diagnostics, investigating accidents, and developing educational initiatives to ensure a safe working environment. Development of educational initiatives and accident investigations Participate in the development and implementation of occupational health and safety policies; conduct an occupational health and safety diagnostic assessment of the organization; identify variables related to disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection. Develop educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes; investigate and analyze workplace accidents and recommend preventive and control measures. **Responsibilities:** \- Maintain a clean and organized workplace and machinery in accordance with established standards. \- Be responsible for inspections and implementation of control measures to maintain the workplace in safe and comfortable conditions. \- Comply with and enforce the provisions of the Risk Management Program (RMP). \- Ensure proper distribution and replenishment of PPE. \- Provide first aid. \- Conduct accident investigations. \- Advise the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). \- Prepare Service Orders. \- Implement workplace accident prevention programs within the company. \- Analyze work methods and processes and identify workplace risk factors. \- Guide, train, and inform employees about risks associated with each activity. \- Assist in the execution of the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO).
