Join us in embracing the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, medical examinations, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensuring employee health, safety, and well-being in the Southeast region, with emphasis on power transmission activities; * Supporting occupational safety teams during operation and maintenance interventions on transmission assets within the Southeast regional scope; * Managing occupational risk processes applied to preventive or corrective interventions in transmission asset operation and maintenance, and implementing related measures; * Monitoring procedure management and compliance requirements for contracted service activities; * Managing and analyzing occupational safety data using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI; * Investigating and analyzing incidents; * Creating and updating monitoring dashboards for each plant, ensuring visibility of safety indicators; * Supporting standardization of safety processes and regulatory compliance; * Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; * Preparing technical reports and presentations for managers and regulatory bodies, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred); postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering required; * Prior experience related to the activities listed above; * Willingness to travel and support activities across different units; * Active CREA registration and valid Category B driver’s license, along with willingness to travel; * Proficiency in reporting and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, BI, etc.; * Preferred: Prior experience coordinating training events; supporting development of mandatory occupational health and safety training plans, especially NRs 10, 33, and 35. **Desirable:** Training in Management System Auditing. * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us forward.
