**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Management and monitoring of third-party documentation (e.g., PGR, PCMSO, ASO, etc.) via platform (Level)
* Validation and control of access permissions via system (e.g., Suricato)
* Handling document-related pending items with suppliers and internal managers
* Supporting access authorization, ensuring compliance with internal policies
* Managing emergency cases (exceptions outside standard workflow) with proper formalization
* Constant interface with: Security & Guarding / Reception; SSMA (training and integrations); IT (integrations and access management); and Contract Managers
* Monitoring KPIs (e.g., pending items, SLA for analysis, rejections)
* Supporting audits (internal and external – ISO, compliance, etc.)
* Organizing and controlling records and evidence (audit trail)
* Monitoring posting of labor documents
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, HR, or related fields)
* Occupational Safety Technician certification (a strong differentiator)
* Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge
* Experience in administrative routines (control, verification, follow\-up)
* Strong written communication and organizational skills
**Worth Noting:** Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
