Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant supports the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring workplace organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulations The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and facilities. Works alongside the technical team to meet demands related to minor building repairs and building maintenance **(electrical, hydraulic, others).** **Hazard Pay (30% of base salary).** * Assist in executing preventive maintenance and installations. * Replace damaged parts and perform simple repairs on equipment. * Support in identifying faults and issues in equipment. * Assist in organizing and cleaning the work area. * Accompany and assist technicians in more complex maintenance tasks. * Ensure workplace safety by following established regulations and procedures. * Record performed activities and report to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance technical knowledge. * Collaborate with the team to seek improvements in maintenance processes. * Follow supervisor's instructions and contribute to the smooth operation of the maintenance department.
