Participation in KAIZEN initiatives and new projects **Position:** PL Facilities Analyst **Location:** Pouso Alegre Business Park, Fernão Dias Highway, MG **Expected Start Date:** First week of January 2026 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise maintenance teams (Ceva and third parties); * Manage corrective, preventive, and building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, civil, and fire protection); * Plan layout changes and building improvements; * Support new implementations, clients, and operations; * Participate in KAIZEN initiatives and new projects; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans and third-party activities; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration; * Experience in Installation Engineering and Maintenance, plus People and/or Third-Party Management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Competencies: AutoCAD, logical reasoning, teamwork, communication, planning, organization, customer orientation. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Intermediate English and Spanish.
