




Job Summary: Utilities Operator III will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting utility equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulations. Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, monitor, and adjust parameters of utility equipment and utility systems—including Wastewater Treatment Plant, purified and deionized water system, potable water system, HVAC system, boiler, and compressed air compressors—according to applicable regulations and internal procedures to serve internal customers and prevent system or equipment downtime, * Perform readings of water intake and consumption, as well as effluent discharge metering on the treated effluent network; measure effluent flow rate, pH, and temperature; carry out effluent inertization process; clean industrial and sanitary sewage tanks; collect effluent samples for analysis; monitor sludge drying bed; request sludge removal transportation; measure static and dynamic water levels in wells; clean reactor and Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE) and keep it organized; control usage and inventory of chemicals used in systems; control treatment to meet effluent discharge parameters, * Work following safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; inspect utility systems daily and record operational data of equipment and technical area on appropriate forms; track validity of system consumables; create SAP system reservations for system consumables; perform basic maintenance on pipelines, valves, fittings, instruments, and accessories—including cleaning and replacing damaged parts—and request technical support from Utilities’ internal technical team or external service providers for more complex cases, * Clean utility equipment and their installation locations to maintain a safer working environment; replace filters in systems such as HVAC, exhaust, and purified water systems according to scheduled periodicity procedures, * 05\. Perform minor-complexity maintenance on utility equipment and systems; provide support to internal or third-party technical teams during maintenance of utility equipment and systems, * Keep the workplace clean and organized, and handle and dispose of waste in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); verify availability of materials required for equipment cleaning and request procurement and approval whenever necessary, * Unconditionally respect and comply with all company and position-specific safety regulations, as well as internal procedures; perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervisor. * Review departmental operational procedures; participate in internal and external inspections; deliver operational training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical certification in Mechanics and/or Refrigeration is desirable; * Prior experience in utilities within the industrial sector is an advantage; * Availability to work on a 2x2x3 shift schedule (05:30–17:30 or 17:30–05:30); **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, based on departmental needs. * Location: Cimed – Fernão Dias * Schedule: 2x2x3 shift schedule (05:30–17:30 or 17:30–05:30). * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** flowing through our veins, and we want everyone, anywhere in the country, to have access to quality healthcare—after all, for us, medicine has no social class.
