Apply now and make chocolate your professional passion! **Responsibilities and Duties** Execute activities related to environmental licensing, including compliance with environmental conditions and other responsibilities associated with environmental management. Provide technical support for aligning environmental processes with corporate guidelines, covering environmental management systems, reporting of environmental incidents, and solid waste management. Prepare reports to fulfill environmental conditions and manage environmental services, including evaluation of services rendered, release of measurements and events, contractual amendments, and budget preparation. Monitor and supervise active environmental contracts, maintaining contact with environmental agencies, participating in technical meetings, and preparing technical and managerial reports on waste and effluent indicators. Track current environmental legislation, legal requirements, and cleaning standards of the contracted third-party company, as well as manage process water, industrial and biological effluents, air quality monitoring and control, and provide support to production areas regarding waste management and selective collection. Actively participate in chemical product management, possess basic knowledge of drinking water quality, and monitor the development of cleaning standards of the contracted third-party company. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. Solid knowledge of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Fraud, and Food Defense. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze and interpret data. Capacity for clear and effective communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Prior experience in environmental and/or food safety areas will be considered an advantage.
