If you are driven by challenges and wish to grow within an innovative environment, join us on this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, manage and monitor production processes and personnel involved in those processes; * Ensure adherence to established deadlines according to the production schedule; * Guarantee quality in processes, always aiming to increase productivity; * Production scheduling aligned with the monthly plan; * Scheduling of shutdowns/tests/certifications/maintenance/validation/monthly activities; * Scheduling of operational activities and personnel; * Inventory control of materials and purchase scheduling. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Prior experience in the role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of EMS, Active systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable; * Availability to work in Itapira/SP.
