




Job Summary: The professional will dispense medications, manage inventory, provide pharmaceutical care, and compound magistral prescriptions, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices for Compounding. Compound prescriptions and participate in pharmacovigilance #### **Responsibilities** * Dispense medications according to medical prescriptions and pharmaceutical guidelines. * + Manage medication inventory, including recording of incoming and outgoing stock. + Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to customers, clarifying questions regarding proper medication use. + Compound magistral and official prescriptions following Good Manufacturing Practices for Compounding (GMP). + Participate in pharmacovigilance programs, reporting adverse reactions and quality deviations of medications. #### **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. * + Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF). + Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and sanitary regulations. + Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. #### **Skills** * Ability to interpret medical prescriptions. * + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in computer applications, including pharmacy management software. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** NORTH REGION OF SÃO PAULO
