Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, organized, and results-oriented SDR or Customer Support Assistant to perform prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of conversion and customer delight **Position: SDR or Customer Support Assistant** **Location:** Santo Agostinho | Belo Horizonte – MG We are looking for a communicative, organized, and results-oriented individual to work as an **SDR or Customer Support Assistant**, focusing on active prospecting, lead qualification, and conversion. **Main Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to leads * Respond to leads via WhatsApp originating from social media channels * Qualify leads according to defined criteria * Update information in the CRM system * Complete and monitor productivity spreadsheets * Focus on conversion, attendance, and customer delight **Requirements** * Experience with active lead prospecting via phone and WhatsApp * Experience in clinics, call centers, or consultative sales * Experience in lead qualification * Familiarity with CRM systems * Proficiency in using spreadsheets **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service or pre-sales with a focus on conversion * Experience in dental clinics or the healthcare or aesthetics sector **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: R$ 2.623,86 * Target-based bonus: R$ 350 to R$ 500 (super-target and mega-target) * Variable commission up to R$ 2.000, based on individual attendance and closing targets * Estimated total earnings: approximately R$ 4.700 * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Two Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (biweekly) * 1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break Compensation: R$2.623,86 – R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience with active lead prospecting via WhatsApp and phone? * Have you previously worked in the healthcare sector?
