Management of Human Resources Administration Processes** Coordinate execution and ensure compliance of processes related to: * Employee onboarding; * Electronic timekeeping and working hours management; * Vacation management; * Contractual changes; * Terminations; * Labor charges and ancillary obligations; * Employee support. Ensuring correct application of labor legislation, collective agreements, and conventions, as well as adherence to company internal policies. **2\. Payroll Closing Governance** Plan and coordinate the monthly **payroll closing process**, ensuring: * Compliance with legal and internal deadlines; * Consistency of information from integrated systems; * Validation of calculations and labor charges; * Integrity of data sent to eSocial. Analyze and validate financial impacts related to payroll, overtime, time banks, and labor charges. **3\. Electronic Timekeeping and Working Hours Management** Ensure proper management of **working hours control and electronic timekeeping**, including: * Validation of working hours and time bank rules; * Monitoring of overtime and absenteeism; * Mitigation of labor risks associated with working hours; * Guidance to managers regarding application of working hours control rules. **4\. Legal Compliance and Labor Risk Management** Ensure area compliance with **labor, social security, and tax legislation**, including: * Fulfillment of ancillary obligations and submission of information to **eSocial**; * Monitoring legislative changes and their impact on area processes; * Preventive action to mitigate labor risks and liabilities. Act as technical liaison with **Legal, Audit, and Compliance** departments on topics related to Human Resources Administration. **5\. Human Resources Administration Systems Management** Ensure correct operation and usage of **human resources management systems**, including: * Payroll; * Electronic timekeeping; * Integrations with corporate systems (e.g., SAP); * Workflows for employee transactions. Monitor system enhancements, configurations, and testing related to area processes. **6\. Process Structuring and Continuous Improvement** Promote **standardization and continuous improvement** of area processes, including: * Process mapping and documentation; * Development and updating of policies, procedures, and operational manuals; * Implementation of controls and performance indicators for the area. **7\. Team Management** Coordinate and develop the Human Resources Administration team, including: * Definition and monitoring of goals and priorities; * Technical development of the team; * Distribution of responsibilities and management of operational capacity; * Fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement. **8\. Area Performance Indicator Management** Monitor and analyze operational and risk-related indicators for Human Resources Administration, such as: * Processing time for onboarding and terminations; * Overtime and time banks; * Absenteeism; * Payroll inconsistencies and rework.
