A Corporate Meals Company is seeking a Cook professional in Amparo. Casa Tempero is a company specialized in spices and seasonings. It offers a variety of products to enhance the flavor of food. **Responsibilities:** Prepare meals according to the menu, controlling the quantity, quality, and cooking time of food items. Properly handle equipment, utensils, and supplies used in meal preparation. Ensure food hygiene and safety by applying appropriate cleaning, preservation, and storage methods, in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (GMPM). Guarantee the cleanliness and organization of equipment, utensils, facilities, and work areas. Decorate and finish dishes as required and per established standards. Guide and supervise kitchen assistants during preparations, overseeing activities to maintain quality standards. Assist in organizing and guiding the kitchen team. Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring individual and collective safety. Properly dispose of waste in compliance with environmental regulations and internal procedures. Verify that received foodstuffs meet required quantities and specifications. Store food appropriately to prevent contamination and spoilage. Operate stoves, ovens, food heating and refrigeration equipment. Monitor the daily menu and assess supply needs for the following day’s production, as stipulated in the contract. Collect samples and complete mandatory forms, per GMPM. Comply with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection standards. Position located in Amparo / SP.
