We are growing and looking for talents who want to grow with us. **OBJECTIVE:** Assist in operational activities at the pilot plant, supporting other operators and the production leader in safely and efficiently conducting processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\\. Support operators and the production leader in executing operational routines. 2\\. Prepare materials and reagents as instructed, ensuring supply to operational points. 3\\. Visually monitor the operation of pumps, valves, tanks, and other equipment, reporting any anomalies. 4\\. Assist in verifying measurement instruments and report failures. 5\\. Support process sample collection and preparation for laboratory submission. 6\\. Prepare reagents according to operational instructions, including weighing, dilution, agitation, and solution identification, ensuring correct supply to process stages. 7\\. Assist in operating the IR and MREC precipitation stages, ensuring reagent and raw material availability and monitoring equipment performance. 8\\. Assist in equipment cleaning tasks using appropriate tools and resources to maintain equipment availability. 9\\. Assist in operational interventions at the plant, such as clearing pump and reagent lines. 10\\. Maintain process areas under your responsibility organized and clean. 11\\. Actively participate in daily meetings, contributing to discussions, sharing ideas, and ensuring clear understanding of tasks, safety protocols, and operational objectives. 12\\. Assist in performing daily operational condition checks of the plant by inspecting equipment and instruments using operational checklists. 13\\. Notify your immediate supervisor of any detected anomalies for evaluation and corrective action. 14\\. Complete your shift by briefing the incoming team on results, pending issues, anomalies, and ongoing actions. 15\\. Update the visual management board for areas under your responsibility. 16\\. Protect company assets under your responsibility. 17\\. Comply with all occupational safety standards and corporate values, adhering to internal procedures and applicable legislation; Execution of this position is not limited to the activities described in this document; the direct manager may make adjustments as required by business needs, respecting the nature of the position. **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school.
