Description: We seek an organized and proactive professional to work in Logistics, Shipping, and Warehouse organization and processes, ensuring company logistics efficiency. You will be responsible for goods receipt, loading/unloading, storage and shipment, product organization and identification, invoicing—ensuring all items are delivered correctly and within the company’s commercial policy deadlines, following internal processes and routines. Key Responsibilities: * Perform **goods receipt**, verifying invoices, quantities, values, purchase orders, and products * Execute **loading and unloading**, ensuring product integrity * Ensure **strict expiration date control**, adhering to **FIFO / FEFO** methods * Organize and maintain **physical inventory**, respecting assigned locations, standards, and defined layout * Ensure **accurate order picking**, per request and deadlines * Issue and verify **invoices** * Monitor **freight loads and shipments**, ensuring on-time delivery * Support, guide, and supervise the **Shipping Assistant** in daily routines * Ensure **no products or parts enter or leave without proper invoices**, verifying correct process execution by the Shipping Assistant and Maintenance & Inventory Assistant * Monitor and execute **batch-based goods entry and exit**, ensuring traceability * Standardize shipping routines, **guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures** * Identify operational failures and **propose process improvements** * Create, maintain, and apply **operational checklists** * Develop new freight partnerships. * Conduct periodic inventories and monitor and develop inventory reports. Requirements: * Degree in Logistics or related fields * Experience in Shipping, Logistics, or similar areas involving goods receipt, storage, and dispatch * Knowledge of inventory control, inventories, and shipping processes * ERP system experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with batch-based goods entry/exit recording and barcode scanners * Practical experience in this field is mandatory Desired Competencies: * Proactivity and attention to detail * Problem-solving skills and adaptability to change * Sense of urgency * Route planning and freight quotation skills * Leadership and organizational ability.
