Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, dish assembly, sample cleaning and identification, under supervision, fulfilling production process steps. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in pre-preparation and preparation of menu items 2. Food assembly, distribution, and restocking 3. Cleaning of utensils, equipment, and areas Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the supervision of your immediate supervisor to fulfill one of the production process steps; assist in dish assembly, cleaning and preparation of leafy greens, collection and identification of food samples, and receipt of meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under supervision of your immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
