Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines of the department, ensuring document organization, filing, and internal controls; * Provide assistance to employees and suppliers, forwarding requests and supporting operational activities; * Assist with processes related to the cafeteria, secretarial services, document archiving, and internal transportation; * Perform basic controls (scheduling, checklists, spreadsheet updates, operational communication with suppliers); * Maintain updated spreadsheets, simple reports, and administrative records; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields; * A completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields is a plus; * Intermediate Excel skills; * SAP system knowledge is desirable; * Experience in internal/external customer service; * Experience in reading and managing supplier contracts; * Availability to work in Itapira/SP — 100% on-site Would you like to join an innovative company, market leader in anesthesia across Latin America, and a global reference in pharmaceutical active ingredient production?
