Operational, field-based, hands-on profile Company: Aquática American Park Work Location: Águas de Lindóia – SP Job Description Operational HR role at a large-scale water park, focusing on high-volume recruitment and selection, shift scheduling, operational labor routines, and direct support to operational leadership. * ️ Not an administrative position * ️ Not an entry-level HR position * ️ Operational, field-based, hands-on profile Main Responsibilities * Recruitment and selection of operational and seasonal staff * Resume screening and in-person interviews * Shift scheduling, working hours management, hour banking, and shift assignments * Employee onboarding, hiring, and follow-up * Attendance tracking and HR/Personnel Department routines * Direct support to operational managers * Proactive management of labor risks and absenteeism Requirements * Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields * Proven experience in Operational HR * Experience handling high-volume hiring * Practical knowledge of the Brazilian Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), working hours, and attendance tracking * Organizational skills, firm demeanor, and sense of urgency * Availability for on-site work Advantages * Experience in parks, events, tourism, hospitality, or retail * Experience managing large teams and seasonal operations Additional Information * Operational and dynamic work environment * Direct interaction with operational leadership Resumes not matching the profile will not be considered.
